Mountain View Grand provides all the modern amenities required of today’s business traveler, including high-speed Internet access, express check-out and a wide range of meeting room facilities. More than 20,000 square feet of flexible space and 14 meeting rooms, the largest of which can accommodate up to 400 guests, are available for meetings and events. The resort also provides a wide range of innovative team-building activities.
Location/Accessibility:
Located 20 miles north of Franconia Notch in the town of Whitefield, N.H.; approximately 150 miles north of Boston and 100 miles from Portland, Maine and Manchester, New Hampshire.
Accommodations:
Mountain View’s original 200 guestrooms were reconfigured into 145 more spacious rooms and suites for the resort’s grand reopening in 2002. The recent creation of the expansive and extra-luxurious Presidential Suite combined two of those rooms and now features a private wet bar, cozy fireplace, two LCD flat-screen TVs, hand-painted furniture, a luxurious two-person bathtub, and a beautifully appointed dining area complete with classic French doors framing the distant peaks.
Other suites and guestrooms feature private balconies with spectacular views of the White Mountains, our historic golf course and romantic garden vistas, while many offer sitting parlors, walk-in closets and whirlpool tubs.
Dining:
Mountain View Grand offers multiple dining venues, including AAA Four Diamond gourmet offerings both in the Garden Room and in the slate-lined Wine Cellar, where guests can enjoy their meals while surrounded by 7,000 sparkling bottles.
The recently expanded Tavern provides spectacular views of the peaks of Franconia Notch as well as a cozy dining experience in the lounge with a mouth-watering menu of pub-style favorites and more.
A light and inventive menu is available for guests enjoying the majestic views on the seasonal Veranda, while Club House diners are treated to unmatched vistas of the high peaks from the outside deck overlooking the golf course, in the charming interior dining room and at poolside

The Mountain View Spa provides a wide range of relaxing and rejuvenating services. Seasonal outdoor activities include golf, tennis, biking, horseback riding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and sleigh rides; fitness center with indoor pool and children’s program (seasonally) are available, family activities are always available.
